‘Milk’ Writer In Sex Photo Scandal
Three year old photos of Dustin Lance Black having risky sex with another man, who wrote the Oscar winning screenplay for the film ‘Milk’, have surfaced after being leaked online, embarrassing the safe sex advocate.
According to E! and other reports, Black’s lawyers are on the case, doing their best to stop distribution of the clearly private material, individuals and other outside parties are trying to profit from.
Best known for penning the biopic of slain gay civil rights advocate Harvey Milk, Black in his Oscar acceptance speech, made an impassioned appeal for gay marriage.
According to a source talking to E!, the fracas about the photos will not affect Black continuing to advocate on behalf of gay issues.
With a lot to look forward to this month, LifeWorks, a gay youth-mentoring group honours Black tonight in L.A., while in a couple of weeks he will be walking in front of New York City’s Pride March, as one of its three grand marshals.
