Eating meat is almost as useful as drinking mother's milk
Recent studies showed that amino acids contained in proteins of meat, eggs and milk are close to amino acids present in human organs and tissues.
The second, after mother's milk, product that perfectly suits our body is proteins found in meat. Thus, scientists proved once again the correctness of the theory of a balanced diet.
Arguments of nutritionists on the replacement of animal proteins with vegetable ones have almost subsided. Human body needs them both equally. Their exclusion from the menu, even for a short time, leads to serious disturbances and irreversible pathological processes.
