It has been recently revealed that the CE of MegaUpload, who had recently been arrested, is appearing in the New Zealand Court. The U. S Justice department has other plans to dissect all the firm’s wrong practices and is gong in a step by step investigation, against the charges laid again Kim and the other staff members who had been arrested as well. There is need or a detailed investigation to find out the truth about the matter.
His firm was shut down last week, after the US Justice department referring to it as an organized criminal firm, which has a major role in the worldwide plague of online piracy. The name of the founder is Kim Schmitz, and he is also known as Kim Dotcom.
The recent upheaval in the cloud computing network has been caused due to the investigations being done by the Justice department and they are determined to catch hold of everyone responsible for breaking laws in the network.
It was recently revealed that during the hearing in the New Zealand court, Mr. Kim was calm and composed and didn’t seem to pay attention to the many supporters of the site, who were seen watching the case from the public gallery.

There is need to solve the problem quick, as innocent users are the ones who are actually being harmed in the ordeal. This is because their data is insecure and they have no access to it in some cases. It’s essential to tackle the problem in the few days to come; otherwise it might result in further losses.
