Briton Man Gives Birth to Baby Boy!
A miracle has taken place in Britain as a man has been reported of having given birth to a baby boy. The identity of the Briton has not been disclosed. Before him, an American man and a man from Spain have also given birth.
It has been informed that the Briton was originally born as female. But later on, she decided to undergo a sex change surgery but didn't allow the surgeons to destroy her womb. It has been informed that the Briton gave birth last year. However, the disclosure about it has been made recently.
Joanna Darrell, of the Beaumont Society transgender support group, said, "He got back in touch about six months ago to thank the society for its help and to say he had had the baby. As far as we know there's only one man in America and one in Spain who have done this".
In 2007, Thomas Beatie became the world's first man to give birth. Since then, he has given birth to three children who have been named Susan, Austin and Jensen. It has been informed that Thomas Beatie was born as born female but later on, with the help of medical science, he became a man, legally.
However, he didn't allow the surgeons to destroy the vagina. He, with his wife Nancy, bought sperm from an anonymous donor and later Thomas Beatie got pregnant. Thomas Beatie's case was the first in the US.
The incident of Britain is also the first of its kinds in Britain. The whole issue has raised questions over ethic and morale values. The authorities concerned are now holding debate over the future, safety and rights of the child. Although the scientific advancements have made it possible for the men to change their sex, the question arises is do we have the right to play with nature?
