Oprah is joining Twitter, the micro-blogging service and will talk about it on her show tomorrow, which has Evan Williams (Twitter's co-founder) all a-twitter about Twitter's big day.

While, follower chasing celebrities like Ashton Kutcher and Ellen DeGeneres may not really understand Twitter, but everyone loves the service which gives an instant exchange of ideas and information in 140-characters, achingly beautiful in its simplicity.

But, not all celebrities abuse Twitter. Shaquille O'Neil uses it to connect directly with fans, and Ashton Kutcher was to this point a pretty good Twitter citizen, till he began to troll for followers, up from an amassed 800-thousand to one million. He understands the Twitter environment, which is why his current abuse of it makes it all the more frustrating.
