Aging is canceled! Seven super products makes this possible
Everyone wants to possess the secret of eternal youth while far not everyone can do regular physical exercises or observe the strictest diets. In order to look slim and younger for your age it is enough to include certain products in your diet.
1. Chocolate
According to statistics, the lowest level of heart disease is observed among members of the Indian Kuna in Panama. The reason lies in the drink, which the residents of San Blas archipelago gladly use. It is made from a large amount of cocoa containing flavonoids, which are known to contribute to the strengthening of the walls of blood vessels. This prevents the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, Type 2 diabetes, kidney problems and dementia.
2. Bilberry, blueberries
According to results published in the 1999 study, lifetime of experimental rats in whose diet scientists had included blueberries, had increased dramatically. That is, human life expectancy could be increased by more than 10 years! Moreover, rats, which continued to feed on the delicious berries, showed excellent coordination of movements at an old age. The components and substances contained in blueberries, cranberries and other berries reduce inflammation and oxidative processes that ultimately lead to memory deficits and a worsening of motor function.
3. Fish
About 30 years ago, scientists conducted a study on the reason for the very few cases of cardiovascular disease among Eskimos. Very soon the reason was discovered: the main diet of the Inuit consisted of fresh fish. Fish contains a large amount of omega-3 fats, which prevents cholesterin deposits on the walls of blood vessels.
4. Nuts
A study by the activists of the religious Seventh-Day Adventist movement (followers of the religious faith have a healthy lifestyle and a vegetarian diet) showed that the presence of nuts in the daily diet increases the average lifespan up to two and a half years. Nuts contain a large amount of unsaturated fats, consumption of which is helpful for the normal work of the heart. Nuts are a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
5. Wine
Moderate alcohol consumption protects the body from cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and aging-associated memory loss. According to scientists, virtually all alcoholic beverages have similar properties, although they give preference to the red wine. Red wine contains resveratrol, the component that, according to recent studies, can activate genes slowing aging of the body.
6. Olive oil
About 40 years ago, researchers found out that monounsaturated fats, which are present in large numbers in olive oil, help to effectively combat cardiovascular diseases and reduce the risk of cancer. Current studies prove that olive oil also contains polyphenols - antioxidants, which prevent the emergence of different aging-associated diseases.
7. Yoghurt, tire, kefir
During 70s in the Soviet Union it was fashionable to write about the mysterious Caucasian centenarians and the secret of health and longevity was attributed in particular to their diet, rich in particular in matsoni - acidified milk drinks resembling modern yoghurt. Although anti-aging properties of yogurt has not been yet proven, it contains a lot of calcium, helping to fight osteoporosis (reduction of bone density) and "good bacteria" to facilitate the smooth functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
