Big investors in the real estate sector direct their attention to Germany

Investments in the real estate sector in Germany are increasing as long as a new direction is observed. Most large companies in the sector orientate towards Berlin and Frankfurt because of their great potential.

European Central Bank forecasts an increased interest towards the properties in the country over the next 12 months.

More and more investment funds and individual investors set Germany as a major destination because of the good economic growth and stable prices of properties.

According to a survey of Commerzbank, which is the second largest bank in the country, major investors are willing to replace their financial resources from countries with more developed markets in this respect like Spain and Great Britain to Germany.

The demand for housing in Germany is increasing and this begins to return a number of German funds to their home market, it is clear from recent studies of statistical agencies in the country.

According to analysts, if some of the big players in the field enter the German market, it will be followed by others. The best thing is that this process, in fact, has already started to be seen in major cities.

Because of the credit crisis, which originated from the U.S. and spread all over Europe and the whole world, most investors in the sector preferred to wait to see what would happen?

Countries like Great Britain were largely affected by the crisis. This led to the withdrawal of some of the big players in the sector and their shifting to more secure markets.
