A new luxury resort will be constructed on the north coast of the Black Sea in Bulgaria between the resort of Albena and the city of Varna.
The name of the new complex will be "Golden Valley” or "Zlatna Dolina" in Bulgarian language. Its cost will be EUR 20 M.
Investor in the project is the Bulgarian French company Eurosilex. Most of the apartments in the new complex have already been sold to buyers from UK, Ireland, Russia, Poland, France, and the Scandinavian countries.
Golden Valley complex includes 81 apartments and 21 luxury villas. One of the main attractions of the new resort is its parking lot of 6000 square meters with a tropical lake.
Also, the resort will possess several swimming pools, kids’ playground, tennis court, administrative building with guards, sauna, supermarket, fitness club, pharmacy and a doctor, of course.
One of the other interesting things is that Golden Valley will also have golf school attached to the complex, which is supposed to become the first golf school in Bulgaria.
This is the third such project of Eurosilex; three other similar resorts are under construction. The projects bring about low buildings with a lot of open green areas in contrast to most of the overdeveloped Bulgarian Black Sea resorts.
