US President’s daughter wed on Bush's Prairie Chapel Ranch
Jenna, the daughter of the US President George Bush, got married Henry Hager, son of the former deputy minister of education of the USA John Hager, on Saturday evening reported Reuters.
The ceremony at which had been invited more than 200 relatives and close friends passed at a sunset in front of a big stone cross built specially for the ceremony on the family ranch under Crawford (State of Texas). Ceremony has passed in a "narrow circle" and the press was not allowed there.
In the end of April in an interview for ABC, Jenna Bush explained her refusal to wed in the White House because she did not consider herself a "glamourous" person and did not want the biggest day in her life to be too public.
As representative of the White House told, the twin sister of Jenna – Barbara would be the maid of honor and the groom’s brother Jack Hager would be the best man in the wedding. It’s still not known whether the newly married wife will change her surname to Hager and where the newly-married couple will spend its "honeymoon". Newspaper Washington Post informed that it would be somewhere in Europe.
As earlier ABC informed, after the wedding the newly-married couple will live in own house, townhouse, which they have already gotten in the southern suburb of Baltimore for 440 thousand dollars.
The son-in-law of the US President Henry Hager has graduated private university in Wake Forest (State of North Carolina) and now continues to study in University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and will receive a diploma as a business management expert (MBA).
In 2003 Hager was working on probation at the office of the main internal political adviser of the US President Charles River in the White House and during the presidential race in 2004 was working in George Bush's electoral staff where he got acquainted with Jenna Bush.
According to the available information, after receiving his MBA diploma the son-in-law of the US President will go to work in the energy company "Constellation Energy Group", whose headquarters is in Baltimore.
